Pilot programme 2026

We are taking on a small number of hotels as pilots

As a pilot you get reduced pricing, real influence on what we build, and a named contact who helps build the product. In return, we want to learn how the system holds up in real conference operations.

Insights on operations, events and AI for Nordic conference hotels.

One event, all the way through

Follow one conference through Veisla

From the first enquiry to the final invoice the event lives in one case — not scattered across five tools.

Goal: from enquiry to confirmed event in a single working day — in one system, with no double entry.

Built for Norwegian conditions

What the international platforms can't match

Veisla is shaped by how Nordic conference hotels, manors and course venues actually work — not adapted after the fact from a global template. The Norwegian part isn't a footnote here; it's the foundation.

Norwegian VAT, done right

12% on rooms, 25% on food and drink — calculated where it happens, not after.

EHF and SAF-T

EHF/PEPPOL invoices and SAF-T export out of the box — as Norwegian accounting requires.

Vipps and cards

Payment by Vipps, card and terminal (Stripe, Adyen, Vipps).

Day and overnight packages

The package logic Norwegian conference hotels actually sell on — built in.

Data in Norway/EU, GDPR first

Runs on Azure in Norway, with a separate database per hotel. Consent first — on this website too.

Bilingual NO/EN

The product and support are available in Norwegian and English, from people who understand the operation.

AI assistants

The AI suggests. You approve.

Veisla has assistants built in that clear the paperwork. They suggest — they never send anything on their own. Each assistant is a priced add-on you switch on per module, works only where your subscription grants access, and everything they do is logged.

Human in the loop on everything: you see the draft, edit it, and decide whether it goes out. Data is processed in Norway/EU.

Lead → offer

Turns an enquiry into a ready draft offer — you read it through and send.

Email → lead

Catches incoming email and files it as a lead with what the system needs.

Function assistant

Suggests functions, rooms and line items for an event from what the customer asked for.

Transparency instead of references

New — and that's the point

We can't point to thirty years and a thousand hotels. What we can offer is a system built for how conference operations work now — and direct access to the people who build it.

Built by people from conference-hotel operations

The platform is shaped by people who know the operation from the inside — not from a global template.

A direct line to the team

Early customers talk to the people building the product — not a support queue. The path from feedback to a fix is short.

Honest about what exists today

We say what's in the product now, and what's on the way. No invented numbers, no borrowed logos.

Pricing

Pay for what you switch on

A base price per month, then per room and area — and only the modules and agents you choose.

Goal: that you can work out your own price before you ever talk to sales.

Frequently asked

What conference hotels ask

How do we migrate from our current PMS?

A wizard takes you through setup and imports rooms, rates and codes. We walk through the transition together in the demo, so you see what it takes for your exact setup before you decide.

Can we run Veisla in parallel with the old system for a while?

Yes. Many choose to run in parallel through a transition period and move over once they're confident. We agree a realistic plan in the demo — we don't promise more than we can hold.

What happens to the bookings we already have?

Existing reservations and future events can be entered at go-live so you don't lose what's already agreed. How much can be imported depends on what your current system can export — we look at that concretely with you.

Can we get our data back out?

Yes. You own the data and can extract it at any time in open formats, including SAF-T, via the REST and OData APIs. No lock-in, no export fee.

Does Veisla have an open API?

Yes. REST API and OData API are included on every plan — no add-on licence. You can integrate with BI tools like Power BI and Excel and connect your own systems.

How long is the contract term?

We spell out term and notice period in the offer, not in hidden fine print. Book a demo and we'll be clear on the terms before you sign.

What does it cost?

A base price from 4,900 kr/month, plus per room and any add-on modules and AI agents. See the pricing page for from-prices — book a demo for a concrete offer.

Where is the data stored?

On Azure in Norway/EU, with a separate database per hotel. GDPR at the core, and a full change log of who did what.
